Ilana Lieberman is an American actor based in NYC. In 2017, she graduated summa cum laude from Fredonia where she earned two B.F.A degrees in Acting and Dance. At Fredonia, she additionally served as the Student Association's Diversity Chair, and the Social Chair for the Students Teaching Equals Positive Sexuality ("S.T.E.P.S.") group on campus. Along with the departmental productions each Spring and Fall semester, she also participated in a female a-cappella group and student-run dance company on campus. Immediately upon graduating, she embarked the Disney Fantasy cruise ship and traveled the Caribbean for two consecutive years with Disney Cruise Line as a Mainstage Performer where she performed in shows such as Aladdin, Wishes, and Believe. The year following, and most recently, she toured with the North American Tour of Broadway's Miss Saigon, where she served as a Swing.
As hinted at in her last name, Ilana was raised in a Jewish home. She had a bat mitzvah when she was 13 and she can still speak, chant, and read the Hebrew language. As hinted by her face, she is a Chinese American woman who is proud to sport her identity.
Ilana is passionate about encouraging awareness through art. She believes that performance has the power to reveal humanity and inspire change in a way unlike any other medium. Her work is committed to influencing awareness, establishing social responsibility, and celebrating the human experience though diversity.
